Radio

Pernambuco Independente
At the beginning of the millennium, in the effervescent music scene of the North Zone of Recife, Pernambuco Independente was born, a radio program led by Baros in Real 103.5 FM.
Long before the popularization of the internet and social networks, the radio was one of the main ways of showing what was produced, in a distorted and independent way, in this part of the city. In addition, Baros received bands’ materials from all over the country. He also produced music festivals, and interviewed groups from across the state.
Between 2003 and 2004, on Saturday and Sunday nights, he led the preview of the shows and festivals that were trendy in the underground scene of the city.
